Grant recipients are required to report on grants as outlined in their results package.
Reports enable us to verify that the funded activities have taken place, provide valuable information about the artistic sector, and help us measure and demonstrate the impact of our funding programs. Note that having an overdue report will block payments.
You may be eligible for Application Assistance to pay someone to help you with the application process if you are experiencing difficulty and self-identify as:
- an artist who is Deaf, hard of hearing, has a disability or is living with a mental illness
- a First Nations, Inuit or Métis artist facing language, geographic and/or cultural barriers.

Submitting your report
When is my report due?
Your reporting deadlines are indicated in your results package. It is your responsibility to submit your reports on time.
If your report is overdue...
Grant payments will be withheld until all overdue reports are submitted and approved.
Request for an extension
Grant recipients may request a deadline extension in exceptional circumstances that have caused project delays.
To request an extension you submit a request for extension form to the program officer who signed your result letter.
